We are looking for a 2D Animator and Motion Graphic Designer at D'Genius Solutions. You'll be at the forefront of creating compelling and innovative visual content for our digital marketing campaigns. Your role is crucial in bringing narratives to life through animation and ensuring our messages resonate with audiences across various digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Concept Development**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop and visualise concepts for digital marketing campaigns. This often involves brainstorming sessions and sketching preliminary designs.
- **Animation & Motion Graphics Creation**: Design and create engaging 2D animations and motion graphics for various digital platforms including social media, websites, and digital advertisements.
- **Storyboarding and Staging**: Develop detailed storyboards that not only sketch out key frames but also effectively plan the staging of each scene. This includes determining the placement and movement of characters, background elements, and camera angles to ensure the story is told effectively and engagingly.
- **Graphic Design**: Create visual elements like characters, backgrounds, and other graphics integral to animations and motion graphics.
- **Audio Integration**: Work with sound designers or directly integrate audio elements like music, voiceovers, and sound effects into animations.
- **Editing & Post-Production**: Edit animations and motion graphics, ensuring timing and pacing are in line with the narrative and audio. This might involve color correction, adding effects, or tweaking visual elements.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**: Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure that the animations align with overall campaign goals and technical specifications.
- **Keeping Up to Date with Industry Trends**: Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing, animation, and design to keep content fresh and engaging.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**
- **Experience
- 2** year Experience in a similar field
- **Proficiency in Animation Software**: Expertise in software like Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Knowledge of 2D animation software is a plus.
- **Creativity & Artistic Skill**: Strong artistic ability, including a good sense of design, colour, and composition.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail to ensure high quality and consistency in animation and design.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time efficiently and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to new tools, techniques, and workflows as required by the project or the industry trends.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
