Job Summary: The Ash Recovery Machine Operator is responsible for the efficient operation of ash recovery machines used in the steel production process. This role involves monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the machinery to ensure optimal performance and mínimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate ash recovery machines in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Monitor Performance: Continuously monitor machine performance, including pressure, temperature, and flow rates, to ensure optimal operation.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of ash recovery machines to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot any mechanical or operational issues, working closely with maintenance teams to resolve problems promptly.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the recovered ash meets quality standards and specifications required for further processing or disposal.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of machine performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents or irregularities.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other plant operators, maintenance technicians, and supervisory staff to coordinate activities and improve processes.
