OBJECTIVE: The fundraise officer will work closely with the CEO - for planning and executing the fundraising strategy and opportunities.

**Key deliverables for the position are as follows**:
A. Write grant proposals and solicitations to secure funding from foundations, corporations, and individuals. Track timelines and quality of submission.

B. Develop and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and other stakeholders. Provide information and updates to existing and prospective donors on a timely basis. Maintain accurate records of all donations and ensure that donors are appropriately recognized.

C. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure that fundraising efforts align with the overall strategy and goals. Work with Operations team to ensure that other requirements e.g. volunteering are met along with the team.

E. Work with CEO to (a) grow the donations as per need of the organisation (b) retain and grow the existing donors.

F. To ensure all policies of the company are adhered to from leaves, admin, financial reporting etc.,

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
1. Education: Graduation / Post-graduation;
2. Undiluted passion for the education sector is required.

3. Very good skills at conveying ideas through PPT, images and documents.

**Work - Ex**:

- 3 years. In social Sector. Experience in education sector will be an advantage.

**Skills : Technical Skill is Must.**
- Proficient with the MS Office, Google Workspace
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Quick learner.
- Self-motivated.

Personal Attributes: Integrity and social intelligence

Language: Proficiency of reading, writing in English, Hindi and Marathi.

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
