**Job Summary**:
Zen Kashi Cancer Hospital is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Executive with a Master of Social Work degree to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing psychosocial support to our patients and their families, navigating the complexities of cancer care, and improving the overall patient experience at our facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' social, emotional, and environmental needs.
- Develop and implement tailored care plans to address specific patient needs, collaborating with medical professionals and support staff.
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families, helping them manage the psychological and practical challenges associated with cancer.
- Advocate for patient needs within the hospital and in broader social contexts, ensuring access to necessary healthcare services and resources.
- Facilitate support groups, educational workshops, and other community outreach programs to enhance patient care and community health.
- Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, interventions, and outcomes.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress.
- Offer guidance on healthcare rights, financial assistance, and community resources.
- Train and supervise interns or junior social workers as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Licensed to practice as a social worker in Uttar Pradesh.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in oncology, palliative care, or a related field, is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care.
- Proficiency in local languages (Hindi, etc.) is advantageous.
