**Job Description**:
As a Videographer at Flora Fountain, you will play a key role in creating high-quality visual content that brings our clients’ brands to life. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to conceptualize, shoot, and edit videos that effectively communicate our clients’ brand stories and messages across various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with clients and the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into creative and engaging video concepts.
- Plan and execute video shoots, including location scouting, set design, lighting setup, and directing talent, ensuring high production quality and adherence to project timelines.
- Capture a variety of video content, including brand stories, product demos, testimonials, interviews, and promotional videos, using a range of equipment and techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content aligns with overall brand and marketing strategies, and meets the needs of specific campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in videography and video editing, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team.
- Manage video assets, including organizing files, maintaining an archive of footage, and ensuring proper documentation and version control.
- Occasionally assist with other creative projects and tasks as needed to support the overall goals of the agency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to conceptualize, shoot, and edit compelling video content.
- Proficiency in video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting setup, audio recording, and directing talent, as well as proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate brand messages into impactful video content that resonates with target audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and visual continuity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines consistently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in a branding agency or creative studio is a plus.
