**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Creativity**:

- Develop and design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Create and edit visual content that aligns with the company’s brand guidelines.
- **Brand Development**:

- Maintain and enhance the visual identity of the company across all platforms.
- Design logos, banners, and other branding elements for projects and campaigns.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, development, and content teams to conceptualize and execute designs that meet project objectives.
- Understand project requirements and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
- **Tools & Technology**:

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Use software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and other graphic design tools effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Innovate creative solutions for complex design challenges.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for user experience and meet the intended purpose.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design (freshers with exceptional portfolios are also welcome).
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, or Canva.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
