**Overview**:
Join our dynamic engineering firm as a Marketing Executive and play a pivotal role in driving business growth. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for leveraging leads generated by our dedicated team, engaging with clients, and closing deals within a designated 100-kilometer radius.

**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Management**:
Collaborate closely with the lead generation team to receive and prioritize leads.

Analyze and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

**Client Engagement**:
Conduct product presentations and articulate the value proposition to potential clients.

**Site Visits**:
Visit client locations within the assigned 100-kilometer area to understand their specific needs and requirements.

Conduct on-site discussions and presentations, addressing client inquiries and concerns.

**Deal Closure**:
Employ effective negotiation techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Provide necessary support and information to clients during the decision-making process.

**Market Research**:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client interactions.

**Relationship Building**:
Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients by ensuring exceptional customer service and responsiveness.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.

**Reporting**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and deal status.

Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and present findings to the management team.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to travel within the designated 100-kilometer area for client meetings and site visits.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
