**Job Title: Deputy Project Manager (DPM) - Government Building Projects**

**Location**: Karnal, Haryana

**Salary**: ₹50,000 per month

**Employment Type**: Full-Time, Immediate Joiner

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on government building projects.
- Proven experience in handling G+8 tower cranes.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to join immediately.
