**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to recruiters during the interview process, including note-taking and providing feedback
- Complete various administrative tasks as assigned by the Recruitment Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Must have a Laptop and a stable Internet connection
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
