**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Edit and retouch wedding photos, ensuring high-quality color correction, exposure, and detail.
- Organize and manage large volumes of wedding photo collections efficiently.
- Collaborate with photographers to understand their creative vision and style.
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a consistent style across wedding albums.
- Enhance images for print and digital formats, optimizing for social media, portfolios, and client deliveries.
- Provide creative input on photo selection and sequencing for wedding albums.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other photo editing software.
- Strong knowledge of color correction, retouching, and enhancement techniques.
- A keen understanding of wedding photography styles and trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
