Role Overview:
As an MIS Field Intern, you will be the on-ground eyes and ears for our MIS and Operations teams. You’ll collect and validate data from various field points including warehouses, cold storages, inventory hubs, and supply chain nodes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on field work, values structured data, and wants to see how operations pulse in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect daily operational data from warehouses, cold storages, field units, and logistics points
- Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure timely, accurate data capture
- Maintain structured records via Excel/Google Sheets/MIS platforms
- Assist in compiling weekly and monthly reports for inventory and supply chain movement
- Conduct basic data verification and highlight operational inconsistencies
- Regularly travel to different Bandhan Agritech field locations as needed

**Skills**:

- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets (filters, formulas, tables)
- Understanding of warehouse, logistics, or inventory processes is a plus
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
- Comfortable working in rural or semi-urban field locations
- High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Eligibility Criteria:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed B.Com, BBA, B.Sc. (Agri), MBA, PGDM, or equivalent
- Prior exposure to data collection, field operations, or supply chain (preferred)
- Eager to explore hands-on learning in a fast-paced agri-business environment
- Willing to travel and work in ground-level setups

Contract length: 02 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
