The role would involve working directly with the Founder and content creators to drive engagement on the film production company’s digital assets and manage PR Activities.
- Experience: 4 - 7 years
- Education: Graduate. Diploma or PG in Marketing would be an added advantage

**Experience of working on Daily Shows (TV) or experience in handling media clients is a must.**
- Excellent verbal & written communication. Strong organizational, interpersonal, time management and presentation skills
- Excellent with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office productivity software
- Solution-driven mindset. Self-motivated with a strong ability to take initiative to confidently direct the client interaction
- Innovative approach to foster a strong relationship with the clients
- Ability to perform in a target-driven sales environment
- A networked individual with contacts across client categories and good understanding of media and marketing concepts and terminology
- Comfortable with hustle, fast paced & dynamic nature of work
- Hands-on experience in internet-based research & analytics on client businesses & categories to work on sales pitches
- Proactive in meeting clients face-to-face and closing deals

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for marketing of TMKOC & TMKCC and devising innovative methods of marketing
- Coordinating with various internal and external teams/vendors for sales / creatives / development progress, etc.
- Responsible for growing the revenue by sales efforts -new business development. Excellent presentation skills required for making new client pitches
- Strong understanding of PR, Digital & Social Media, Advertising, Marketing Channels.
- Update and analyze social media pages
- Should have a creative bend of mind to oversee branding collaterals
- Develop marketing strategies for clients from various industries and agencies
- Responsible for regular marketing updates, reporting and target-achievement
- Constantly gauge market responses for further strengthening our business relationships
- Maintaining all documentation pertaining to above responsibilities.

**Public Relations Responsibilities**:

- Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience based on stories and campaigns done on the Show.
- Supply content for social media pages
- Create PR strategies for mother brand as well as its various divisions
- Proactive with keeping in touch with journalists and quick turnaround time for placing industry quotes
- Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
- Coordinate all public relations activities
