Job Title: Research Writer (Cricket Focus)

Location: New Delhi

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Research and Analysis:
Conduct in-depth research on cricket matches, players, teams, and historical data.

Analyze cricket statistics, trends, and developments to generate insights for articles.

Stay updated with the latest news, updates, and innovations in the cricketing world.

Content Creation:
Write detailed match previews, reviews, and reports.

Develop player and team profiles, feature stories, and analytical pieces.

Produce engaging content that caters to a diverse audience, from casual fans to cricket experts.

Collaboration:
Work closely with editors, fellow writers, and multimedia teams to create comprehensive and visually appealing content.

Collaborate with the social media team to promote articles and engage with the audience on various platforms.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure all content is accurate, well-written, and adheres to the company’s editorial standards.

Revise and proofread articles as needed.

Innovation:
Propose new content ideas and formats to keep the audience engaged.

Utilize various tools and technologies to enhance the presentation of research findings.

Qualifications:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

**Experience**:
Proven experience as a sports writer, preferably with a focus on cricket.

Strong portfolio of published articles or research papers on cricket.

**Skills**:Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Deep understanding of cricket rules, strategies, and statistics.

Proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Personal Attributes:
Passionate about cricket and sports writing.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹14,093.36 - ₹28,000.49 per month
