Should operate in a large/distributed infrastructure environment as a resource in medium to large-scale, complex infrastructure projects.
- Willing to work in 24 x7 environment, monitor & maintain health of Servers, Network devices, Applications, Storage & Backup, Databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB) etc.
- Excellent working knowledge on enterprise monitoring tools, like Centreon, ServiceNav, Nagios, Solarwinds, Dynatrace, Zabbix, etc.
- Should have clear understanding on anyone of the cloud i.e., AWS, Azure, or GCP & its monitoring solutions.
- Monitor performance, capacity, and availability of the IT components on an ongoing basis.
- Collect and review performance reports for various systems and timely share daily/weekly/monthly KPIs reports with stakeholders/management.
- Should be responsible for creating SOPs or Knowledge Base articles for various types of alerts/incidents/requests etc. handle by the team.
- Provide timely response to all incidents, outages, and performance alerts. Categorize issues for escalation to appropriate technical teams.
- Consistently utilizes key ITIL processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Availability Management & Configuration Management, etc.) in support of the environment.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues within defined SLAs
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements with proven track record of operational process change and improvement.
- Strong working knowledge on ITSM tools like ServiceNow, SMAX, etc.

**Desired Skills**
- Should have 3+ years’ experience in monitoring/troubleshooting common issues on Windows/Linux servers, Network, Applications, Database etc,
- Work experience on Windows Servers, SQL, Network equipment.
- Familiarity with scripting, network security, firewalls & Linux environment.
- Certification in Microsoft, RHEL, CCNA/CCNP, VMWare etc., preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Quick learner and able to deal with a wide range of issues.
- Good analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various sources.
- Ability to assess and prioritize faults and respond or escalate accordingly.
