**Job responsibilities**:
1. Take attendance daily and mark the absent and present in the attendance register as well as in Campus DearFlinnt. Same to be filled in Daily attendance book kept in Coordinator office.
2. Calculate the average attendance and percentage of the attendance on the last working day of every month and submit the attendance register to the respective class-heads on the same day without fail. If a teacher is absent on the last working day then the register has to be submitted on the next day when the teacher resumes the duty.
3. Complete the attendance register and submit to the Class.
4. Preparation of lesson plans, attendance register, homework register and PTM Register, to plan and design homework.
5. To conduct communication skill in class.
6. Work on Action Plan which includes Remedial & Enrichment.
7. Taking care of students in assembly and dining hall.
8. Instruct students to switch off lights and fans before leaving for computer lab, library, dining hall etc. & to go together in one line wherever they go.
9. Escort the children from their class to the main gate when they depart.
10. Check the Uniforms, Shoes, I-Card, Nails, Hair, etc., of the respective class.
12. Monitor the Students when they come for assembly from their class and from assembly to their class.
13. To monitor students during fieldtrips or excursions.
14. Supervise breakfast, lunch & snacks. Be available to assist for various activities.
15. Solve queries of parents and discuss student’s progress and scope of improvement during PTM.
16. Updating the respective class bulletin boards regularly.
17. To assist the activities of respective House.
18. Completion of back log of new students.
19. To encourage the reading habits in the children.
20. Solve queries of parents in PTM.
21. Regular updates and communication with parents.
22. Monitor students discipline or other behaviour problems in the school.
23. Sending students to clinic/ home as and when required, also inform the class heads & co-ordinator for the same.
24. To make phone calls to parents as when as required.
25. Distribution of circulars and uploading the same on Flinnt and class broadcast group as and when required.
26. Attending Workshops (as and when Scheduled).
27. Identification of weak students and preparation of remedial student list.
28. Assigning class monitors.
29. Preparation of respective class report card.
30. To maintain documents related to class and students:
Ø Class attendance Register and student’s personal details.
Ø Records of complains and suggestions received from parents through Single Window forms, Calls, etc.
Ø Remedial Register (Action plan and Report).
Ø PTM Register.
Ø Report card details.
Ø Medical record.
Ø Student’s achievement records.
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
