**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, or sales.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve calling scripts and strategies.
- Stay updated with product/service knowledge to effectively address customer queries.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or graduate (as per company need).
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening skills and ability to handle objections.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
