Primary Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and learning.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Assess, evaluate, and report on student progress through regular assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Foster the social, emotional, and moral development of students through value-based education.
- Maintain effective classroom management to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school leadership to support student development.
- Participate in co-curricular activities, school events, and professional development programs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous teaching experience in a CBSE school is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to incorporate technology into teaching practices.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
