**Position Overview**

We are seeking a **Trainer for Automotive Showroom Host** program at our **Jhargram Training Centre (near Belpahari)**.
The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging sessions to prepare young women students for roles in **automotive showroom hospitality and sales.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular classroom sessions on automotive showroom hosting and customer interaction.
- Train students in communication, grooming, and sales presentation skills.
- Guide learners to develop confidence and industry readiness.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with the project management team for smooth training delivery.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum **3-4 years of industry experience** in **automobile sales**.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** as a **trainer or teacher.**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability and passion to train and motivate students.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and spoken English.
- Fluency in **local language(s)** and English.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).**:

- Basic computer operation skills.
