Job Title: Shift Incharge (Process)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the production process on the shop floor, ensuring that all procedures are followed and targets are met.
2. Monitor and maintain the performance of production equipment, identifying any issues and coordinating with maintenance teams for timely repairs and upkeep.
3. Supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
4. Implement and enforce safety standards and protocols to create a secure working environment for all employees.
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance and logistics, to align production schedules and meet customer demands.
6. Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize processes and reduce waste.
7. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the production team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong understanding of process management and optimization.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and a commitment to fostering a culture of efficiency and quality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions under pressure.
