**Job Summary**:
The PGT Physics teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality education in Physics to senior secondary students, preparing them for board exams and fostering analytical thinking and scientific curiosity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Teach Physics to students of classes 11 and 12 as per CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and execute lesson plans aligned with the academic syllabus.
- Integrate modern teaching methods and technology into the classroom.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and conduct regular assessments, quizzes, practicals, and examinations.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- **Student Support**:

- Clarify doubts, provide individual attention, and support students in understanding complex concepts.
- Guide and mentor students for academic and career growth.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and create an engaging learning environment.
- Manage classroom activities and student behavior effectively.
- **Lab & Practical Sessions**:

- Supervise Physics lab sessions and ensure the safety and proper use of equipment.
- Encourage hands-on learning and experimentation.
- **Parent & Staff Coordination**:

- Communicate with parents about student progress and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with other faculty members for inter-disciplinary teaching.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational**:

- Master’s degree in Physics (M.Sc. in Physics or related field).
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is usually mandatory.
- **Certifications (if any)**:

- CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) is preferred

**Skills Required**:

- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools (like smart boards, simulations).
- Classroom and time management.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Patience and a student-centric approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
