**Job Description: Factory Store Keeper**

**Position**: Factory Store Keeper

**Location**: IMT MANESAR SEC-7

**Department**: Stores/Warehouse

**Reporting To**: Factory Manager / Admin staff

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
- Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage and deterioration.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders when necessary.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Implement safety and security procedures within the store area.
- Prepare reports on stock movements, shortages, and discrepancies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a storekeeper in a factory or manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Standing for extended periods during inventory checks.

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time,

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
