We are looking an experienced Oracle RDS Solution Architect with a deep understanding of Oracle Retail Data Store Cloud Service. The role involves designing and implementing scalable data solutions tailored to the specific needs of retail clients.

Skill / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5 years in data architecture, with a primary focus on retail solutions utilizing Oracle Retail Data Store (RDS).
- Proficient in Oracle RDS, Oracle Database, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data integration methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and services, especially within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.

- Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
- Preferred Skills:

- Experience in retail industry data management.
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics and reporting tools

Job Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Develop and implement scalable data architectures using Oracle RDS that align with business objectives and retail industry best practices.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within the RDS framework.
- Data Modeling: Create and maintain data models that support business processes and ensure data integrity and quality.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze system performance, making recommendations for improvements and adjusting architecture as necessary.
- Documentation: Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture designs, data models, and integration processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, developers, and IT support, to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of data solutions.
- Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to team members and clients on RDS functionalities, best practices, and usage.
