**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach French to students in MYP (grades 6-10), IGCSE (grade 9), and DP (grades 11-12), ensuring alignment with respective curricula.
- Develop and implement engaging, student-centered lesson plans that encourage language acquisition, fluency, and cultural appreciation.
- Prepare students for internal and external assessments, including IB DP exams, IGCSE examinations, and MYP assessments.
- Guide students in IB Internal Assessments (IA) and Extended Essays (EE) in French.- Use technology, multimedia resources, and interactive methods to enhance language learning.
- Provide individualised support to students with diverse linguistic backgrounds and abilities.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, school events, and boarding school responsibilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote interdisciplinary learning and curriculum development.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in IB, IGCSE, and language pedagogy to enhance teaching strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Master’s degree in French Language, Literature, or a related field.
- IB-certified training (preferred) and prior experience teaching MYP, DP, and IGCSE French.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in an international school setting.
- Strong understanding of IB assessment criteria, command terms, and mark schemes.
- Ability to integrate technology and digital resources effectively into language instruction.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for language education.
- Commitment to boarding school life, including participation in co-curricular activities and pastoral care.
