**Job Title**: Flying Counselor - Student Admissions & Aviation Career Advisor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents on aviation careers and explain the benefits of training at our flying school.
- Present detailed information about our training programs (PPL, CPL, ATPL, etc.), infrastructure, instructors, and career outcomes.
- Evaluate student profiles and recommend appropriate training paths offered by our institution.
- Guide students through admission, documentation, loan assistance, and visa support (if applicable).
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling sessions, and enrollment pipelines.
- Stay updated with aviation industry trends and pilot training regulations to address student queries effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Education, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong knowledge of pilot training programs and licensing requirements (DGCA, FAA, EASA, etc.).
- Passion for aviation and student mentorship.
- Experience in educational counseling or aviation admissions is a strong plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
