**ey Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the preschool’s curriculum and learning goals.
- Use creative methods such as storytelling, singing, art, and play to introduce basic concepts like alphabets, numbers, colors, and shapes.
- Foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in children through age-appropriate activities.
- **Child Development and Learning**:

- Encourage curiosity, exploration, and creativity through structured and unstructured play.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, identifying milestones as well as areas for improvement.
- Use positive reinforcement to develop good behavior, manners, and social skills.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and secure.
- Maintain classroom hygiene, organization, and a visually appealing learning space.
- Handle behavioral challenges gently and effectively, promoting a harmonious environment.
- **Parental Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child’s progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and presentations to engage families in the learning process.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and competently, administering basic first aid if needed.
- Teach and encourage good hygiene habits such as washing hands and cleaning up.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
