**Key Responsibilities:1. Teaching & Lesson Planning**:

- Deliver structured and engaging Hindi lessons as per the curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board/IB/IGCSE).
- Develop lesson plans covering Hindi grammar, vocabulary, literature, and creative writing.
- Use storytelling, poetry recitation, drama, and digital tools to make learning interactive.
- Prepare students for school examinations, essay writing, and speech competitions.

**2. Student Assessment & Progress Tracking**:

- Design and conduct tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate students’ understanding.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance for language improvement.
- Maintain student performance records and suggest improvement strategies.

**3. Classroom & Student Engagement**:

- Foster an inclusive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Identify and support students with learning challenges through remedial classes.
- Encourage participation in Hindi literary events, debates, and cultural programs.

**4. Curriculum Development & Professional Growth**:

- Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance Hindi curriculum and teaching methods.
- Stay updated with new Hindi literature, language teaching techniques, and educational advancements.
- Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.

**5. Parent & School Communication**:

- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss students’ progress and language proficiency.
- Work closely with school management and faculty to enhance the overall learning experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
