- Expertise in training on VLSI skills (DV / PD / DFT) either at colleges / corporate companies / training institutes / universities
- Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs that result in measurable improvements in performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor individuals to achieve their goals.
- Passion for sales and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong Knowledge n industry trends and best practices in VLSI training.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on VLSI skills
- Ensure alignment of training and coaching materials as per SLA
- Create and maintain training materials including presentations
- Facilitate interactive training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.
- Work with engineering leadership team and campus hiring team to maintain a continuous coaching environment.
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to engineering managers and placement team on the effectiveness of training programs
