Assistant Science Teacher

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content and Training Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Content and Training Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies and training programs to support our organization's goals and objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to create compelling content and deliver effective training initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and project management skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content and training strategy that supports the organization's goals, brand identity, and target audience. This involves conducting research, identifying content opportunities, and defining key messages.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and optimize existing content.
- Lead the content creation process, including researching, writing, editing, and reviewing content to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Creating training materials, including presentations, handouts, videos, online modules, and other resources.
- Creating training programs that are engaging and relevant for kids. This may involve designing various DIY activities for birthdays and workshops.
- To train other volunteers for shows, activities and workshops.
- Analyzing training feedback and evaluation results to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to training programs.
- Maintaining accurate records of training activities.
- Developing and update training policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across training initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Ability to nicely interact with kids and parents.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Familiarity with various training delivery methods, including offline and virtual training.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize training initiatives effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset and ability to use data and metrics to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor training team members.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certifications in training and development are a plus.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
