**Job Summary**: The Customer Support Associate is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products/services. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order status.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and suggestions for service improvement.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and diplomacy.
- Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work From Office
- 9 Hours rotation shift

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
