**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Target SME with a minimum of 5 years of expertise in implementing and managing Adobe Target. The role will focus on providing development support for Proofs of Concept (POCs) and business use cases, while also guiding the team on best practices, activity management, reporting, and efficient utilization of Target quotas.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide hands-on development support for POCs and business use cases within Adobe Target.
- Share expertise on Adobe Target best practices to maximize testing and personalization impact.
- Configure, manage, and optimize activities (A/B tests, multivariate tests, personalization).
- Deliver insights and reporting on campaign performance and outcomes.
- Advise on strategies to efficiently manage and utilize Target quotas.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align testing and personalization with broader business goals.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **5 years of experience** working with Adobe Target.
- Strong expertise in activity configuration, targeting, and personalization strategies.
- Hands-on experience in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and audience segmentation.
- Ability to analyze reports and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Proven track record of supporting POCs, implementing use cases, and enabling business stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical teams.
**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
