**Responsibilities**:
- Handle ticket bookings, changes, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exemplary customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Calculate fares, taxes, and fees accurately and stay updated on the latest fare rules and promotions.
- Ensure all necessary travel documentation is accurate and complete.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for our clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, airline regulations, and destination information to enhance service delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Ticketing Executive or similar role in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
