**Job Title: International Voice Process Executive**

**Job Location: Hadapsar, Pune**

**Job Overview**: We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as **International Voice Process Executives**. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers across international markets. You will represent our company and provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients/customers in a professional and customer-centric manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Assist clients/customers with product/service information, pricing, and order processing.
- Effectively communicate with clients/customers to understand their needs and provide accurate information and assistance.
- Utilize CRM systems or other software tools to accurately document customer interactions and update records as needed.
- Meet or exceed performance targets such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while following communication scripts and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to achieving team goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed and timely assistance to clients/customers.
- Handle escalated issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in an international voice process.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language proficiency may be required for specific markets).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients/customers.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to think quickly on your feet and effectively problem-solve.

Working Mode - Work from officeWorking Hours - US ShiftWorking Days - Monday to Sunday (Week Off Rotational)

Located in Maharashtra, India, Two Brothers Organic Farms follows the principles of organic and natural farming methods. We prioritize the use of natural fertilizers, composting, crop rotation, and biological pest control to ensure the health and fertility of the soil. The farm avoids synthetic chemicals, pesticides, and genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in its farming practices.

Our primary goal is to increase three circles:
1. Circle of farmers doing sustainable agriculture

2. Circle of co-workers: Giving more socially humane standards to work

3. Circle of customers: Providing more customers with good food to have a positive impact on their health
