**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises, including meeting rooms and common areas.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms, ensuring required materials and refreshments are arranged.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely restocking as needed.
- Handle delivery and collection of documents, packages, and other items to and from clients or departments.
- Support staff with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Assist with managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
- Provide general assistance to the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of total work experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude with good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment; computer literacy is a plus.
