Food Mohalla is a dynamic and fast-growing quick-service restaurant (QSR) chain, specializing in delivering high-quality food experiences. We are looking for skilled Pizza Chefs to join our team and bring their passion for Italian cuisine to our outlets in Navsari and Jhunjhunu.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare and cook food** according to company recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and quality.
- **Monitor food preparation and portion sizes** to maintain cost control without compromising quality.
- **Create and present pizza specials** based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- **Ensure cleanliness and hygiene** in the kitchen, adhering to all food safety standards.
- **Manage kitchen inventory** for food ingredients and place orders to maintain stock levels.
- **Train and supervise junior kitchen staff** to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- **Maintain kitchen equipment** and ensure they are in good working condition.
- **Collaborate with the management** team to improve menu offerings and kitchen processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Chef** or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of traditional pizza-making techniques, **dough preparation, and baking methods**.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Excellent understanding of **food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene standards**.
- Ability to **work flexible hours**, including weekends and holidays.
- **Creativity** in developing new pizza recipes and offerings.
- **Team player** with strong communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification from a **culinary school** or equivalent experience in the food industry.
- Experience in a **QSR or franchise setting** is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
