Projection of LCR - analysis of daily and monthly movement, forward looking scenario analysis, attribution analysis, etc.
2. Preparation of funding plan, synthesizing inputs from various lending and deposits units of the bank to plan liquidity in the most optimal way
3. Preparation of presentation deck to Mancom/ALCO
4. Building and publication of FTP curves in INR and Foreign Currencies
5. MCLR and external lending benchmark computation.
6. Analysis of NSFR trend, peer comparison etc.
7. IRRBB analysis, strategizing and management
8. Peer bank comparison across balance sheet management key areas
9. Complying with RAR and IAD observations on deposits related queries- Key Result Areas/ job responsibilities- 1. Balance sheet management - Liquidity and Interest risk management
2. Optimal management of HQLA
3. Daily LCR and NSFR
4. NIM management
5. Inputs to deposit pricing
- Key Relationships- Coordination with Coverage & CBG, RL&DB, Branch Banking, F&A, Risk, Strategy and building external relations with peer banks for market intelligence- Competencies Required- High energy and self-motivated person with excellent in communication skill and interpersonal skills with excellent capabilities of MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point presentation etc.- Academic Qualifications Required- MBA (Tier I ) or CA (Rank-holder)- Nature of Relevant Work Experience Required- Experience in analytics, modeling (using excel macros), stakeholder management, accounting and good presentations skills would be helpful.- No. of Years of Relevant Work Experience- 3-5 years of relevant experience.- Prefered Companies
