**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design streetwear-inspired clothing, particularly t-shirts, that align with the brand's vision and target audience.
- Research and stay updated on current street fashion trends, urban culture, and relevant subcultures to inform design decisions.
- Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and design presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Develop patterns, prints, graphics, and embellishments that reflect the brand's unique aesthetic and appeal to the streetwear market.
- Participate in fittings and sample reviews, making necessary adjustments to achieve the desired fit and look.
- Stay informed about advancements in têxtile technology, printing techniques, and garment construction to continually enhance design quality.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional materials by providing design elements for advertisements, lookbooks, and social media campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Streetwear Fashion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing streetwear and urban fashion designs.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of street fashion culture, including trends, subcultures, and urban art forms.
- Ability to translate creative concepts into well-executed designs while adhering to brand guidelines and market trends.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for fabric selection, color coordination, and design elements.
- Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing design demands.
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and a genuine interest in streetwear fashion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 per year
