**Hiring for Product Research Intern**
- Work Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

**What you'll do**:

- Understand and articulate the needs of our target customer
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape
- Help define product requirements and success metrics
- Analyze data to generate insights that inform product direction
- Present findings to cross-functional teams in a clear and actionable way
- Partner with design and engineering to ensure that products are being built with the user in mind
- Conduct post-launch evaluations to assess impact and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on latest industry trends and best practices
- Proactively share knowledge and expertise with team members
- Help foster a culture of user-centeredness throughout the organization

**What you'll bring**:

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and statistical analysis software
- Proven ability to turn complex product design problems into intuitive solutions
- Ability to take ownership of the full design process
