We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert who will be responsible for monitoring, Administer and/or carrying out backend configuration activities on the Talview Platform.

This position will be reporting to Senior Operations Manager.
- Minimum 1-2 years of total work experience in Production Support..
- Must have experience providing Tech Support and general customer service.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of SQL query language
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Roles & Responsibilities
- L2 support for Talview Platform & Services
- Resolve issues/defects that require backend access or further technical analysis
- Support customer (internal) tickets and ensure defined SLA’s are met
- Analysis tickets and route to appropriate teams
- Coordinate with internal departments like the Support, Delivery, CSM/Sales, Engineering & Professional Services team for tracking ticket closures
- Reconciliation and handling retrigger activity per defined Standard Operating Procedures
