**Position - Tele-caller**

**Job description**
- We need people who have worked in the immigration industry.
- Present and market immigration services to current and potential clients.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals.
- Identify sales prospects using cold callings and contract prospects.
- Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- To provide regular follow-up on enquiries received.
- Proactively monitoring changes to various immigration requisitions.
- Any other relevant duty as assigned by the Manager to assist with the smooth running of the Company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- 1-2 years of work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in any immigration.
- Professional certification in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral with an accent and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

NOTE - There is an employment agreement of 12 months.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
