Position: Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing & Post-Production

Edit high-quality reels, short-form videos, and brand campaigns for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Add smooth transitions, effects, subtitles, and animations to enhance storytelling.

Ensure on-brand aesthetics, color grading, and consistency in all visual content.

Creative Content Development

Collaborate with the social media & marketing team to brainstorm and execute viral video ideas.

Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form clips for multiple platforms.

Edit behind-the-scenes, testimonials, and brand awareness campaigns.

Technical & Motion Graphics

Create motion graphics, text overlays, and simple animations to make content visually appealing.

Optimize video formats, aspect ratios, and resolution for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn).

Trends & Innovation

Stay updated with viral video trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms to maximize reach.

Experiment with fast-paced cuts, sound effects, and storytelling techniques to enhance engagement.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve

Strong knowledge of motion graphics & basic animation

Experience in color correction, audio mixing, and adding subtitles

Understanding of social media trends, reels, and storytelling

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & meet tight deadlines

Bonus (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator for basic graphic design.

Knowledge of sound design and voice-over editing.

Basic skills in shooting content using a mobile or DSLR camera.
