**Key Responsibilities**

Plan and conduct structured fencing training sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced fencers.

Teach proper footwork, blade work, and tactical decision-making across épée, foil, or sabre (as applicable).

Develop and implement individualized training programs focused on technical and tactical improvement.

Prepare athletes for competitions, including local, state, and national-level events.

Provide detailed feedback on performance, correcting technical flaws and enhancing strengths.

Promote sportsmanship, safety, and adherence to the academy’s values.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years of experience coaching fencing at a recognized academy, club, or institution.

Valid Fencing Coaching Certification from a recognized body (e.g., Fencing Association of India - FAI Level certifications or equivalent international qualifications).

Comprehensive knowledge of fencing rules, techniques, and competition strategies.

Ability to work with children and young adults, fostering a positive and disciplined training environment.
