Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase website traffic.
- Plan and implement strategies for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (PPC) to drive targeted traffic and achieve desired conversion rates.
- Utilize social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engage with the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and optimize user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency or e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and insights from data.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management and advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media scheduling tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
