Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop sourcing networks with banana farmers, cooperatives, and local mandi traders
- Monitor seasonal availability, fruit quality, and post-harvest conditions
- Negotiate procurement terms and manage consistent supply flow
- Coordinate logistics from farm to warehouse or port
- Supervise packaging, cold chain movement, and container loading as per export standards

Required Experience & Skills
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in **banana sourcing and/or export operations** (mandatory)
- Deep knowledge of banana varieties (e.g., Grand Naine/G9, Robusta) and key growing regions (e.g., Jalgaon, Solapur, Andhra, Tamil Nadu)
- Familiarity with post-harvest handling, cold chain, and packaging standards
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel frequently to sourcing regions
- Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)
