**Job description**
**Role & responsibilities**
1) Standard Costing:
- Preparation of routings for Next month by production team
Update Activity cost in SAP
Update Estimate material prices for coming month
Marking of standard cost estimate on 1st of every month.
System has to open for next period.
Release of standard cost estimate on 1st of every month.
SKF (Statistical Key Figure) calculation and posting in SAP.
2) Preparation of Manufacturing Unit Cost (MUC)
3) Preparation of Grade-wise Contributions Report
4) Preparation of Manufacturing Cost Analysis (MCA)
5) Preparation of Estimation of Fixed Expenses
6) Preparation of Costing for Newly Developed Grades
7) Provide the Information to various Govt Authorities
8) Handling Cost audit Independently
9) Inventory management:
- Preparation of monthly inventory reports in SAP
Physical Stock Verification of Plant Stocks
10) Good knowledge of Accounting & Taxation.
11) Processing of all imported and domestic Bills, supplies items, contract payments and rental
payment bills
12) Processing of all Administrative bills and employee related expenditure
13) Responsible for taking correct amount of input tax credit, matching of tax credit with GSTR-2A and to ensure gaps are eliminated
14) Knowledge on transfer pricing provisions, transfer pricing assessments,
15) Maintain data required for transfer pricing and co-ordinate with Auditors for relevant filings
