Marketing Advisor Responsibilities:
Enable strategic planning process to ensure execution on time.

Strong leadership and business sense as a business leader

Developing strategies and goals.

Executing strategic tasks and monitoring outcomes.

Developing and implementing internal brand management strategies.

Maintain understanding of business line operating processes, strategies, products, and services

Develop strategic plans with VP of product marketing for new content initiatives to support sales teams and create greater awareness

Conduct compliance risk assessment of new products and initiatives and advise business of compliance risk associated risks

Engage strategic partners on long term growth plans and Go-To-Market strategy and engage broadly through events with thought leadership

**Marketing Advisor Requirements**:
Highly motivated individual with a proven track record in successfully delivering results

Proven ability to be creative yet detail oriented around execution

Ability to cultivate excellent working relationships with key stakeholders and influence individuals and management at all levels

Flexible team player who is able to quickly adapt to change

MBA or PGDM from B. School Minimum 25 years of work experience in Marketing, leadership capacity in FMCG/Food/Non Food/FMCD
