**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet with clients to determine travel needs, budgets, and preferences.
- Sell and coordinate transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours, and activities.
- Advise clients on destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities.
- Collect payments, book travel arrangements, and manage applicable fees.
- Handle travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls, and meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills in US English (mandatory).
- Experience in travel sales, particularly in flight booking.
- Strong customer service skills and conflict resolution abilities.
- Familiarity with travel industry standards and practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
