- **Implement and deploy SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions to meet defined business objectives.**:

- **Configure and customize Employee Central modules including workflows, business rules, and data models to align with client requirements.**:

- **Perform detailed analysis of complex business processes and translate them into system configurations.**:

- **Manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.**:
**Your Profile**:

- **SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support.**:

- **Strong understanding of HR business processes and how they translate into Employee Central configurations.**:

- **Experience in data migration activities including data mapping, transformation, and validation.**:

- **Exposure to integration with other SAP modules or third-party systems is a plus.**
