**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a technically skilled **AutoCAD Draftsman** with experience in precision tooling to create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for **collets, BT adaptors, CNC collet chucks, and custom fixtures**. This role supports the engineering and manufacturing teams by translating concepts and technical requirements into accurate, manufacturable drawings and documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and revise detailed mechanical drawings for:

- CNC collet chucks and holders
- BT adaptors (BT30, BT40, BT50, etc.)
- Workholding fixtures
- Precision collets and tool holders
- Work closely with design engineers and machinists to ensure designs meet performance, manufacturing, and tolerance requirements.
- Maintain drawing documentation, including BOMs, revisions, and version control.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize designs for manufacturability.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to company and industry standards (ISO, ASME, etc.).

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool Design, or Drafting.
- Minimum [X] years of experience with AutoCAD in a mechanical/tooling environment.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, CNC tooling, and manufacturing tolerances.
- Familiar with industry standards for collets, chucks, and spindle interface systems (e.g., BT, CAT, HSK).
- Experience with 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar) is a plus.
- Good understanding of material properties used in tool holding systems (e.g., hardened steels, heat treatments).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Hands-on knowledge of CNC machining or tool room operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and technical documentation workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical specs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to liaise between design, quality, and production teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
