- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Wine Technology, Wine, Brewing & Alcohol Technology or equivalent
- Post-Graduate Diploma in Industrial Fermentation & Alcohol Technology or equivalent
- WSET Level 1, 2, or equivalent certifications

**Experience**: 1-5 years (Freshers may also apply)

**About the Role**

Rissing Moon Trading is seeking a smart, passionate, and driven **Distribution Salesman (DSM)** to join our on-ground sales team in Pune. This field-based role involves engaging directly with retail outlets, bars, and distributors to drive sales growth and ensure seamless product distribution across the assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Visit and service retail and on-premise outlets in assigned territories
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection targets
- Ensure timely order booking and follow-up for delivery and payments
- Build and nurture strong relationships with retailers and trade partners
- Promote new launches and implement sales schemes at the ground level
- Submit daily activity reports and market intelligence to the Sales Manager
- Coordinate closely with the logistics and operations teams for effective execution

**Requirements**:

- 1-5 years of field sales experience in Liquor (Alcobev) distribution preferred
- Freshers with relevant education and interest in Alcobev sales are welcome
- Must own a **two-wheeler** with a valid **driving license**:

- **Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills**:

- **Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven sales environment**:

- **Familiarity with the Pune liquor market is a strong advantage**
