ROLE Senior SAP Infrastructure Architect

ROLE DESCRIPTION- Primary responsibilities1. Detailed infrastructure planning and execution for SAP implementations on Azure Cloud- 2. Detailed knowledge of relevant SAP and non-SAP technologies e.g., Databases, SQL and other Web technologies- 3. Supports the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise- 4. Establishing standards and requirements on technical layers to deliver business value.- 5. Orchestrating key proof of concept to assess the potential business value of new SAP technologies.- 6. Leading technical aspects of system development and integration and ensures that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices are applied correctly.- 7. Understanding and advocating the Enterprise Architecture and information technology strategies in Descopes, Code reusability, and Process Test Automation.- 8. Analyzing SAP and partner roadmaps along with market trends to determine their potential impact to current systems.- 9. Providing guidance on system builds and support for SAP implementations.- 10. Leading technical architecture design around SAP S4 HANA ERP platform with business functions spanning across other systems and other SAP products such as EWM, SD, MM, FICO, Ariba, SAP Analytics.- 11. Collaborating with business partners, system integration leads, functional leads, development leads and infrastructure leads in order to fulfil the stated primary goal.- 12. Open to travel to North and South America

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE- 1. Experience 10 + years in leading infrastructure design and setup in SAP environments2. Leading strategic and transformation initiatives such as SAP implementations. Experience designing complex technical landscapes3. Expert across multiple SAP and nonSAP technologies. Experience on Azure and AWS cloud platforms5. Technical planning, implementation and configuration experience6. Expert in HANA Installation, Configuration, Migration, Optimization7. Comprehensive overview on S4HANA architectures and S4HANA related migration paths and tools- Managerial Experience1. Takes responsibility from time to time as a Project lead and Delivery lead2. Acts as a coach for colleagues and customers and partners3. Project reporting and communication

- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g., Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking
